MissChanty operates through a dropshipping business model, which means products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, including Brandsgateway, which manages multiple warehouses across Europe. We aim to provide full transparency regarding our business model, shipping practices, and your consumer rights.
These Terms apply to all international transactions, website usage, orders, and interactions with our Services. Any deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
By using our Services, you confirm that you:
are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement;
will provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing orders or creating an account.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
MissChanty operates through a dropshipping fulfillment process. This means:
Products are shipped directly from external partners such as Brandsgateway.
Depending on product availability, shipments may originate from different European warehouses.
We do not physically store inventory; processing, packaging, and shipment are handled by our partners.
While we strive to collaborate only with reputable partners, we cannot control external factors such as customs delays, regional carrier performance, or logistical disruptions.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but:
colors and materials may vary due to screen settings or production differences;
product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice;
stock levels depend on our suppliers and may fluctuate.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MissChanty reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order.
An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation.
We may cancel an order if:
items become unavailable;
incorrect or incomplete information was provided;
fraud or misuse is suspected.
Prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable import taxes unless stated otherwise.
International customers are responsible for paying any customs or import-related charges.
You confirm that your payment details are valid and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We partner with Brandsgateway for order fulfillment. Their standard delivery times are:
Express: 1–3 business days
Economy: 3–5 business days
Express: 3–4 business days
Economy: 5–6 business days
Important:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once handed over to the carrier, shipping risk transfers to the customer.
Customs inspections or international logistics delays may extend delivery times.
MissChanty follows the return policy provided by our logistics partner Brandsgateway.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to your customer.
Returned items must be:
unused and unworn;
in original condition and packaging;
with all original tags, labels, authenticity cards, and accessories included.
Return shipping fees may vary by country and may be the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned outside the 14-day return window may be rejected.

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks—is owned by MissChanty or our licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:
the content or accuracy of third-party websites;
transactions made with third parties;
terms, policies, or practices of our suppliers including Brandsgateway.
We recommend reviewing their individual terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissChanty is not liable for:
indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data);
delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances;
inaccuracies or errors in supplier-provided product data.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total purchase price of the affected order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MissChanty, its employees, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from:
breach of these Terms; or
misuse of our Services or products.
We process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant privacy laws such as GDPR. Shopify and logistics partners may process customer data to facilitate service delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, where MissChanty is legally registered. International customers agree that any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in The Netherlands.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
