Returns & Refunds Policy

At MissChanty, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
This applies to all customers worldwide, including the European Union’s 14-day legally mandated cooling-off period.
2. Return Costs & Fees

All returns incur a €35 return handling fee.

Return shipping costs are not covered by MissChanty and must be paid by the customer.

The €35 fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition as received;

unused, unworn, and free from odors or marks;

with all original tags attached;
-
in the original packaging;
-
accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items returned without meeting these criteria may be denied.

5. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty, cosmetics, hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or discounted clearance items

Gift cards

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item:

Complete a return request.

Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the preferred item.
This ensures faster processing and availability.
8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification.
